Location: Skelton, Cleveland

Correll are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team as an Procurement Administrator.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting a busy procurement and warehouse department, liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate a smooth and speedy turnaround in all aspects of purchasing.

Responsibilities

  • The successful applicant Obtaining quotations from preferred supplier listing
  • Creation of Purchase Orders (PO’s)
  • Expediting orders
  • Recording of incoming goods received (GRN’s)
  • Invoice queries
  • Scanning and filing of delivery notes
  • Dealing with any purchase order discrepancies
  • Following up with outstanding orders
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 or similar software
  • Strong MS office skills.
