Everyone who works at Correll is at the heart of everything we do. We are an organisation who take pride in ensuring the competency of our team members by providing the tools and opportunities to develop skills and build on your Correll career path.

All members of staff receive mandatory training to ensure adherence to environmental, health and safety requirements, as well as technical competency standards.

In addition, employees are encouraged to create individual personal development plans, supported by regular manager meetings to discuss progress, career aspirations and to agree learning and development needs.

Individuals are encouraged to adopt a proactive approach to their learning, seeking out opportunities from on-the-job training, in-house and bespoke courses, learning networks and peer groups.
